About Us

The Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of organized Real Estate Developers Associations, representing over 13,000 Developers, spread across 21 states of the country. CREDAI has also formulated guidelines in the form of code of conduct to promote integrity and transparency among Developers and provide confidence and comfort to the customers. It also represents issues and proactive policies before the Government and other concerned authorities for the development of the industry. CREDAI encourages research for better construction techniques in the industry for a safe and secure affordable housing for the customer.

Major Objectives

To perpetuate an ethical code of conduct, which is self-imposed & mandatory for all the member developers/builder of CREDAI RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM to maintain integrity and transparency in the profession of Real Estate Development. To represent the developers/builders across the state by communicating / representing with the government authorities for the formulation of proactive policies for this profession.

To encourage and support the developers/builders to increase their efficiency in the development/construction activities by introducing the latest technologies. To facilitate easy housing finance availability to the property purchasers by working in coordination with the leading housing finance institutions / Banks.

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct is a document of principles that binds all CREDAI RAJAMAHENDRAVARAM members. It is the most important founding stone of the association and has been included in the proposed Real Estate Regulatory Act. This document lists the guidelines and a mandatory set of laws that all members have to implement and abide by.

The aim of this Code of Conduct is, To maintain the honor and dignity of Developers, Promoters and Builders in general.; To secure the spirit of friendly co-operation between the Developers, Promoters and Builders and their customers in the promotion of highest standard, To establish transparency, and fair dealing between the developers, promoters and builders with their customers; To try and ensure that Developers, Promoters and Builders discharge their responsibilities to the community in general.

Homes for All

CREDAI’s vision of Homes for All is a goal which will hopefully be converted into a reality with the support of its Member Developers and a synergy of efforts towards this common goal. None of us can work independent of the other . Together we can explore and harness energies, strategies, expertise and resources to overcome all constraints to provide better homes to our Public and create a better future for them and our Country.

It has been our constant endeavour to expand our horizons and thereby that of our Consumers. We stand by our commitment to promote cost effective and other affordable housing schemes. Pitching for Industry friendly policies and schemes have long been an integral part of CREDAI ’s functioning.
